Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

Customers may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Skincare products that have been opened or used

  • Hair products with broken seals

  • Final-sale items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund it once verified.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on the bank.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to your error (wrong item, damaged item).
